What we collect. We only collect information you choose to give us: your email address if you subscribe to The Tampa Bay Dispatch, and your name, email, phone number, and message if you use the contact form. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry and, if you subscribed, to send you the Dispatch newsletter. If you provide a phone number and give consent on the contact form, we may respond by phone call or text message; you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Unsubscribing. You can unsubscribe from the Dispatch at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us directly.
Cookies & tracking. This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Some pages embed content from third parties - YouTube videos, Instagram posts, Google Maps, and map tiles from OpenStreetMap/CARTO - and those services may set their own cookies when that content loads, governed by their own privacy policies.
Legal basis for processing. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent to send you the Dispatch newsletter (given via the checkbox when you subscribe), and on our legitimate interest in responding to you when you send a message through the contact form. You can withdraw consent at any time; doing so does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it. We keep newsletter subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted.
International transfers. This site is hosted by Netlify in the United States, so any information you submit is processed and stored there. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (for example, the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses).
Children. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
Market data. Market statistics on this site are compiled from Stellar MLS and from publicly released reports of local REALTOR® associations. All data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Statistics for small neighborhoods can shift significantly with a handful of sales. Nothing on this site is an appraisal or a guarantee of any property's value.
